Esalen Massage
Esalen® massage is a gentle yet deep full-body massage that focusses on the whole person, not just the physical body. It involves long, flowing strokes as well as swaying, rocking, stretching strokes and passive movements. This enables the person to let themselves fall completely into their inner self. The nervous system can relax and calm down and the person can feel safe and secure.
The attentive, deep and slow massage of the myofascial structures enables deep tension to be released and the flexibility and suppleness of the muscles and connective tissue to be restored. The holistic massage has numerous positive effects on the physical, energetic and emotional sensations of the recipient and leads to deep relaxation.
Deep Bodywork
Deep Bodywork® focusses on specific areas such as the back and neck, hips, knees and so on. The different layers of fascia are loosened here. The work is embedded in the whole body with long strokes. By releasing tension and stuck structures, mobility and flexibility are increased.
The slow, flowing strokes over the whole body create a feeling of relaxation and well-being and support the body's self-healing and regenerative powers. The nervous system calms down, stress is reduced, pain is relieved, relaxation returns and the person feels centred again.
Both massages are possible in the lateral position.
